We are looking for welders who want to build real, practical skills in a working engineering workshop. The opening starts as a six-month paid internship. Successful candidates can move into a full-time role.

What you will learn
- Workshop safety and use of protective equipment
- Reading simple drawings and taking measurements
- Cutting, grinding and preparing joints
- Arc welding practice on real jobs, under supervision
- Helping with fabrication and repair work
- Finishing, checking and handing over work
Who we are looking for
- Interest in welding and fabrication work. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn workshop safety and good working practice
- ITI or prior workshop experience is useful but not required
- Reliability, punctuality and care with equipment
